We provide professional services of OSH Coordinator for constructors, investors and public administration in compliance with Act 309/2006 Coll. and Government Regulation 591/2006 Coll. Professionally, responsibly and reliably.

OSH Coordination before the start of the construction

• we will prepare the OSH Plan in an above-standard range
• we will communicate all required information on safety risks related to the particular construction to the designer of the construction
• we will provide the designers with professional consultancy and advice such as OSH requirements, specific precautions, technological procedures with suggestions on how to ensure OSH etc.
• we will provide the contractor (investor) with an overview of legal prescriptions related to OSH in the particular construction
• we will check the design documentation and assess the suggested construction and technological procedures
• we will process the draft Notice of the commencement of work for the Regional Labour Inspectorate for you

OSH Coordination during the construction

• we will coordinate all the current contractors present at the construction site regarding general OSH
• we will prepare and perform inspection days on OSH incl. an active solution of liabilities of all the contractors
• we will be updating the OSH plan and monitor compliance with it
• we will monitor compliance with OSH principles and provide the corresponding documentation
• we will inform you, as the contractor of the building, about non-fulfillment of tasks and non-compliance with regulations
• we will provide pictures of the individual deficiencies in OSH
• we cooperate with the construction supervision in order to create a steadily safe working environment
